I’m a functional and energy medicine practitioner, a mom of four, and someone who’s spent the
last several years deeply exploring what it truly means to be healthy - physically, emotionally,
and spiritually. I’ve worked with women (and men) who feel stuck, exhausted, or misaligned with
their lives, and I’ve seen that real transformation doesn’t come from quick fixes or strict
programs.
I’m starting The Embodied Women’s Health Collective because I know what it’s like to feel
overextended, out of rhythm with your body, and disconnected from your own truth. This
Collective is a space for women to practice devotion to themselves, to cultivate habits that truly stick, and to reconnect with their bodies, minds, and spirits - without shame, without judgment, and without trying to do it all alone.
I’m building this for myself, and for the women who are ready to stop chasing fixes and
start living in alignment with their true selves.

I respond in the group 3 days per week and guide weekly check-ins. Members also support
